How can we dine outside without ordering take outs?
During the Corona period, There has been an increase in ordering food deliveries and Take Away. Designed as an answer to the on-going urban changes post covid-19, The Outdoor Kitchen built to host random users that bring their own fresh ingredients and use the cooking and seating facilities to create an alternative experience of dining out. We chose to locate the kitchen in the open area of Charles Clore Park close to Tel Aviv Seaside. The pavilion roof not only gives shaded space but also covered with solar panels to produce sustainable energy that power this compact cooking station.
